Gonzalo Granados-Lois is qualified as an Agricultural Engineer, specializing in crop protection by the Polytechnic University of Madrid (Spain). He also completed a post-grade course on food quality systems in the Mediterranean Agriculture Institute of Chania (Greece).
I have worked for a certification body as an auditor of both pre and post-farm schemes such as GlobalG.A.P, BRC and IFS. For several years he formed part of the “fly and drive” team where he had the opportunity to conduct audits in many countries worldwide. After 16 years working in the private sector he joined the European Commission in 2014, as auditor of the Directorate F on Health and food audits and analysis (former FVO) in the sector of pesticides and biocides.
In the last two years, he has been working mainly in audits related to the authorization of plant protection products, the sustainable use of pesticides, and residues.
Jan Langenakens finished in 1992 his master work at the KULeuven, Belgium in agricultural engineering and received a scholarship for a PhD, developing a method for measuring spray boom movements.
He was a member of the technical committee that has set up the rules and criteria for new sprayers and inspection of sprayers in use in Belgium, which were partially a base for EN13790 and ISO16122. He was head of inspection of sprayers in the Flemish part of Belgium from starting up till 2002.
Since 2002 he is the general manager of AAMS-Salvarani, producer of test and inspection material for sprayers and fertiliser spreaders.
Christoph Schulze Stentrop is a Product Manager in HARDI International in Denmark, responsible for sprayer inspection in the HARDI group. He is a Dipl. Ing. Agrar – Agronomist and he is involved with HARDI products since 1991. He is a member of different standardization organizations and an active farmer.

- CEN TC 144 and WG 3
- Danish Standard
- VDMA Germany in 2 Technical Groups
- SPISE – sprayer inspection in Europe
- CEMA in 3 project teams

Dr. Röttele studied Agronomy in Stuttgart Hohenheim Germany.
He has 22 year experience in Crop Protection Industry in various functions, such as Development, Marketing and Business Intelligence.
